Serving American Ginseng Tea

Tonight, I helped Daddy prepare the American Ginseng (AG) Tea.
I first placed 10 little pieces of AG into a cup. Afterwards, Daddy added
hot water. After ten minutes, the AG Tea was ready; Daddy and I both tried some.

A Great Holiday - Beach, Seafood

Today is a holiday. I went out to play the whole day with Grandpa, Grandma, Mame, Daddy.

We started today's activities with a nice lunch at our favourite restaurant. Despite having a lot of people waiting, we could get the seat very quickly as we're VIPs of the restaurant. (^oo^)

After lunch, we went to the 2nd Bay Clear Water Bay.

Then, we played in the beach.

I loved playing with sands most. I also ate a lot of food there.

Daddy caught some snails and crabs.

Before we left, I wore two big hats (^_^)

At around 5:30pm, we left the beach and we went to Sai Kung to have dinner in a famous seafood restaurant "Chuen Kei". Look at the big aquarium there with huge fish!!

We had many nice food selected by Mame and Daddy.

The shrimps're very fresh and properly-cooked. 

The lobsters're only fair while I loved the noodles most.

This fish's very fresh and big; the cooking's excellent and I ate a lot.

The zebra mantis shrimps're huge and super delicious.

Before we left the restaurant, we took a photo together (there is a nice tourist uncle sitting in the table next to us; Hello!!) 

After the dinner, we tried some desert in "Moon Kei"... I used my fingers to make a fork as the ones in front of me (^.^)

What a nice holiday!!

Today, before I had a hair cut outside, Daddy and I wore tees with the same design (^.^) (^__^)

In the afternoon, Daddy brought me to a park and i cried... there're lots of mosquitos...
